Because the system had been working great for a few years we finally allowed ourselves to take a holiday for two weeks and right when we left the detector alone bad things started to happen. A small and apparently insignificant error occurred but this damaged our ID Alert system. A few years ago we couldn’t imagine the error and two weeks ago it happened. Unfortunately we had no time during our trip in order to check our support and we noticed the issue only when we arrived home.

What exactly happened? A counter reached its maximum possible value and that’s because IMvisible has so much traffic and there are so many users that use ID Alert. We appreciate our visitors very much and that’s why we officially deeply apologize for the inconveniences we’ve created.

We are trying to fix this situation by giving one month bonus for all our ID Alert clients, a thing we’ve done yesterday.

We thank you for understanding that we are humans too and we make mistakes!
