There are several popular messengers that people are currently using and the most popular ones are Yahoo Messenger, Skype MSN and Gtalk – obviously not necessarily in this order. In this article we do not wish to enter into the issue of popularity, instead we would like to answer a popular question we receive via our support page. Mainly, “is there any MSN Block Detector service available today”?

Block MSN MessengerUnfortunately the answer is no, there isn’t. We have done a research and looked into the matter of MSN Block Detectors, but unfortunately we couldn’t find any reliable method in order to create an invisible MSN Block detector, nor did we find any reliable MSN Block Detector that is currently available online.

There is a reason for this though. Some time ago, as there is currently a yahoo invisible detector so was there an MSN block detector as well. We all know how fierce competition is and how fast technology is evolving. Since updates are getting more and more frequent, some time ago MSN managed to resolve the vulnerability they had in their system, which granted the invisible MSN block detectors the possibility of offering real and precise results for the users, with a change they have introduced.

Today the MSN protocol is pretty complex, as it was expected from a company the size of Microsoft. The vulnerability that was mentioned above and which was the base of MSN invisible detectors has been fixed a long time ago, and currently there just isn’t any way to see whether someone from your contact list has blocked you or not.

Currently there aren’t any Invisible Gtalk detectors or Invisible Skype detectors either, but there are some bugs in their systems thanks to which users can see if someone is offline or invisible.

What about now that msn messenger is part of Skype.
Does the whirly symbol on the right for sending a IM principle the same when sending from skype to a now converted messenger account?
